Built for backcountry exploration and big mountain skiing.
Using a combination of synthetic PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation, made from 100% post-consumer recycled material, and durable GORE-TEX fabrics, these pants are warm, breathable, and highly protective. The 2-Layer GORE-TEX shell is reinforced with robust 70D 3-Layer GORE-TEX Pro on the lower leg to prevent damage from ski crampons or slashes from sharp ski edges.

With articulated knees and a diamond gusset panel the Khroma Volition Pants enable a full range of movement for climbing, and with zipped through vents on the thighs you can control air flow when output intensifies.The ski pants have internal elasticated snow gaiters to secure the fit around the ankle and keep the powder out, and multiple pockets for stashing essentials, with YKK® AquaGuard® zippers throughout. These technical and insulated ski pants are equipped for the white room.

Stay dry. Stay warm. With a unique insulation layer suspended between the 2-layer GORE-TEX and the inner lining, this fabric offers warmth and insulation whilst keeping you dry and protected from the weather.
PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation
This 100% recycled insulation is reprocessed and spun into new synthetic fibers that give you uncompromised loft and warmth in a highly breathable, fast drying package.
Waterproof (HH 28,000mm)
These waterproof barriers are incredibly thin. At Rab we use membranes that range between 7 and 30 microns in thickness – for reference, a strand of human hair is around 100 microns. Finer membranes will allow for greater breathability for fast and light pursuits. Thicker membranes provide a greater level of waterproof durability.
